Americans will spend an estimated $109 billion dollars on dental services in 2012, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. So, it may not be a surprise that over 90 dental-related conference organizations were reported to HCEA last year. That’s the equivalent of a dental meeting every four days. The Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA) released its list of the top 50 largest U.S. medical meetings held in 2010. Greater New York Dental Meeting topped the list with over 58,000 reported total attendees followed closely by Radiological Society of North America. FIME, American Society of Clinical Oncology and Society for Neuroscience round out the top five.
