Early Bird Registration –  EXTENDED to JULY 2, 2018

Advanced Registration – ends August 12,2018

Late (Onsite Registration)

Single Day Rate – Monday and Tuesday Only

Registration Payment Policy and Deadlines:

Payment is due at the time of registration. The registration payment must be received in full before an attendee will be able to attend the conference.

  • Early Bird Registration Fee – In order to qualify both your registration and payment must be received by the HCEA office no later than 11:59PM July 2, 2018 ET. If the payment is not received by the Early Bird deadline, the registration will be subject to the Advanced Registration fee.
  • Advanced Registration Fee – In order to qualify both your registration and payment must be received by the HCEA office no later than 11:59PM August 8,2018 ET. If the payment is not received by the Advanced Registration deadline, the registration will be subject to the Late Registration fee.
  • Pre-Registration Deadline – If you do not meet the 11:59PM August 8, 2018 ET pre-registration deadline, you will have the opportunity to register onsite at the Late Registration fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation/refund requests received by June 29, 2018 will be honored, but will incur a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds given after June 29, 2018. Refund payments may take up to six weeks for processing from the date of the refund request. *Registration is NOT final until payment is received.

Transfer/Substitution Policy:

Should you be unable to attend HCEAConnect, your registration may be transferred in its entirety to another individual. A full registration may NOT be shared by multiple individuals. Written notification of a substitution must be received by 5:00pm ET on August 8,2018 and will not incur any additional fee. No substitutions will be honored on site.
