HCEA invites you to celebrate our 80th Anniversary with us by taking part in the 2010 Annual Meeting, June 26-29, at the Ernest Morial New Orleans Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

An integral component of the Annual Meeting is the HCEA Exhibition. This year approximately 160 booths will be available for organizations that supply products and services to healthcare exhibitors and healthcare convention planners.

This is a once-a-year opportunity to display products and services of importance to healthcare exhibitors and other healthcare marketing attendees. The HCEA Annual Meeting has proven to be profitable to both exhibitors and attendees alike. Don't forget...exhibiting is the most effective marketing tool in the healthcare industry.

Because of the importance and educational value of the exhibits, all exhibit hours are unopposed by other meeting activities. To actively encourage exhibit participation, we will have a brand new wine and cheese reception in the exhibit hall, refreshments situated in a few areas of the hall for all exhibit hall sessions, a Cyber Café providing attendees web access and a Traffic Builder that awards participation.

HCEA values the educational contribution made by each exhibiting company and is confident your organization will help our attendees as they discuss Big Challenges and Big Opportunities in the Big Easy.
