Big news creates a big splash at Poretta & Orr

Poretta & Orr is proud to announce the promotion of two valued members in our account services group, Rick Counihan and Kimberly DeStefano.  Rick and Kim have demonstrated both passion and determination for their work at Poretta & Orr. The commitment and hard work that they dedicate to their clients each day is one of the many reasons that our business continues to gain and maintain success in a very competitive market.

Rick Counihan began his work at Poretta & Orr in 2005 after graduating from Susquehanna University with a Marketing degree. His promotion from Sr. Account Manager to Account Supervisor gives him the responsibility of overseeing many key clients as well as providing guidance to the rest of the account services group. He also plays a major role in contributing to the development of innovative marketing programs, exhibit builds, interactive media, and event management. The ability Rick has to build and maintain relationships with his clients is second to none. Rick is a vital member of the Poretta & Orr family and we anticipate his continued success in the future.

Kim DeStefano has been with Poretta & Orr for two fast paced years and has already earned herself a promotion to Sr. Project Manager. Kim attended St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and graduated with a degree in International Marketing. Her vibrant personality has made her a hit with all of her clients, nationally and abroad. She has traveled near and far to help ensure that our client’s needs have been exceeded. Kim is a very important asset to Poretta & Orr and with her potential we are confident that she will continue to grow in her future with our company.
