HCEA Releases Updated 102nd Edition of Directory of Healthcare Meetings and Conventions

ATLANTA - The Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA) has issued the 102nd edition of its Directory of Healthcare Meetings and Conventions, offering an updated and exhaustive list of approximately 4,000 healthcare meetings in 2003, 2004 and beyond. The Directory serves as a vital resource for healthcare exhibit marketers.

Corporate exhibit managers, association professionals and exhibit designers and producers all use the Directory, which also includes data on more than 2,500 organizations that hold healthcare conventions. The meeting listings include CME contact, attendee and exhibitor profiles, Web site address, membership numbers, booth costs, projected attendance and previous meeting data. In addition, the Directory provides information on HCEA's 700-plus member organizations, a listing of HCEA's committees and a handy guide to industry products and services. The Directory is also available on a CD-ROM that is searchable by keyword, date and location.

HCEA members receive the Directory free with membership, and the price for non-members is $245. Member prices for the HCEA CD-ROM Directory are $199 for a single user or $395 for a network (single site) license. Non-members may order the electronic Directory for $499 for a single-user copy and $995 for a multi-user (single site) copy.
